Over a, thankfully, sunny weekend Bewdley Rowing club hosted a two day regatta. On Saturday the crews race the full 800 metre course and, on Sunday, they race over 600 metres and Ross Rowing Club sent 17 crews to compete over the two days.

On Saturday Ross also helped the host rowing club by providing some additional competitors to make up two crews. Geraldine Calcraft successfully helped the Bewdley mixed IM1 eight win convincingly against Bridgnorth in their final but, despite their efforts, Graham Watling and Paul Carpenter could not save the Bewdley Masters D eight from losing against Loughborough in theirs.
