MADAM, Thanks to the generosity of everyone who took part in our Vintage & Classic Vehicle Road Runs in December 2010 and April 2011, to those who gave raffle prizes, for the many donations we received and to the many businesses who allowed us to display our posters, we are able to donate £1,000 to Midlands Air Ambulance.
Little could we have imagined that prior to organising our two recent Road Runs, that we would be able to raise such an amazing sum in such a short time.
Special thanks must go to Phyl and Lin Ballinger and staff at the Yew Tree Inn in Peterstow for all their help and support, and for providing us with an excellent venue.
The presentation of the cheque will take place as soon as arrangements have been made with Midlands Air Ambulance.
