MADAM, It would be interesting to learn from those who actually live in the town centre whether they think that the new Herefordshire Against Night Time Disorder (HAND) group has had the desired effect. With the publicans running the new group, by now we should be seeing a reduction in people being served alcohol when they are clearly over the limit, less drugs being dispensed and less violent crime in general, such as murder.
