It will soon be time to think about flu immunisation and once again, eligible patients from Alton Street surgery will be contacted directly be letter.

Following the more streamlined administration of last year’s clinic, the letter will contain each patient’s unique reference number which they are asked to bring to the session at the Ryefield Centre.

This year’s clinic at the Ryefield will be on Saturday, October 14th, starting at 9am and finishing at 1pm. The Patient Participation Group would encourage as many patients to attend as they will have their regular support groups present.

This is an ideal opportunity to meet Herefordshire Carers, Friends of Ross Community Hospital representatives of RVS etc. and find out more about these amazing organisations.

If the session at the Ryefield is inconvenient, then please contact the surgery after October 14th when alternative appointments will be offered.
