Ross Adult Literacy Group is a group of volunteers who give free tuition to local people who struggle with literacy skills. The group is self-funding and although their needs are generally small, it is not possible to make expensive purchases.
Last week, RALG was pleased to receive a donation of a laptop from Julia Richardson which needed some attention to get it running well. The group is very grateful to Logiplex, who carried out the work for RALG free of charge.
Gill Smith of the Ross Adult Literacy Group told the Ross Gazette: “We would like to thank both Julia and Logiplex. It is so encouraging to our volunteers to get help and support from within our own community, and I think we are really lucky in Ross to benefit from small companies with such big hearts.”
