Jennifer Andrea Hoskins age 49, of Ganarew was fined £200 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and to pay costs of £135 to the Crown Prosecution Service by Hereford Magistrates after driving a motor vehicle with excess alcohol in her system.

She was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months, which can be reduced by three months if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
