Madam, I have seen him! (The mystery artist). Admittedly this was some weeks ago now, when the drawings first started to appear – perhaps on Phase 2!

I was driving by the new boards in the dusk and noticed an elderly gentleman with a brown anorak and a tame dog on a lead beside him, he was smiling and applying the images of Ross with a felt-tip pen. I thought it might be an improvement to the area, since I pass there every day and its been in a bad state now for so long.

I have no idea who the gentleman artist is but can only hazard a guess that he lives locally, perhaps in Nursery Road or else Fontaine Court, since they have a 'back-door' leading out onto Brookend Street.
