THE management of Holland & Barrett have confirmed that the store in Ross-On-Wye is closing today, April 30.

A Holland & Barrett spokesperson said: “We continually review our locations and can confirm that we are closing our Ross store on Wednesday.

“As part of Holland & Barrett’s £70 million investment in the transformation of its stores, technology and new product development, we are continually reviewing our locations.

“This includes opening new stores, consolidating some smaller stores into one larger store, and in some instances closing stores where there is no longer strong customer demand.

“The company is investing in at least one store a day in a store refresh and refurbishment program.”

The nearest store is now in Hereford.
