Five or six hooded men were seen walking away from a house off Ledbury Road in Ross-on-Wye at about the same time as valuable jewellery was taken from the property, between 7pm and 7.30pm on Monday, October 12th.

Thieves gained access to the house by smashing a window. They searched upstairs and took several items of jewellery including a variety of rings.

A witness account suggests between five or six men were seen walking away from the property wearing their hoods up.

One of the men, who was noticeably smaller than the others, was wearing a woollen hat with toggles down the sides.

The men were then seen driving away from the area in a dark coloured Audi A3.

Anyone with any information about the burglary, or saw an Audi matching the above description in the area at the time of the offence, should contact police on 101 quoting incident number 650 of 12th October.
