The number of homes in Ross could soon grow by nearly 300 if a development on land off the trunk road between Hildersley and the A40 goes ahead.

There will be two public meetings on Tuesday, September 24th and Friday, September 27th, at the Larruperz Centre when the plans will be revealed for the first time.

After the exhibition the company behind the development, Hunter Page Planning of Cheltenham, will make changes to the scheme, prior to lodging it with Herefordshire Council before the end of October.The company has been in talks with all the relevant officers at Herefordshire Council for the past couple of months.

The site is on the left hand side of the A40 trunk road and access will be via the roundabout which is being constructed as part of the Persimmon development.
