Three failed Iraqi asylum seekers have been discovered working at a car wash in Ross, and are now waiting to be deported.
Acting on a tip-off, UK Border Agency officers visited the Ross Hot Hand Car Wash on Overross Street on Wednesday September 29th.
The car wash business was issued with a civil penalty notice for employing illegal workers, and now faces a fine of up to £30,000, unless it can prove that the proper pre-employment checks were carried out.
