MADAM, The Market House, historic centre of Ross, tourist attraction, something for local residents to be proud of. So why has the Market House been shrouded with scaffolding for so many weeks with seemingly little construction activity?

Perhaps this is some form of funded art installation project that has not been adequately promoted. Should we rejoice in Ross being selected as a venue for contemporary art or should we be confused and annoyed about the ongoing visual eyesore that greets visitors to our town?

Perhaps we have all been informed about the work schedule for the Market House, if I have missed this then I apologise.
