THE case against a man charged with three counts of rape, against two women, 40 years ago, at what is now Les Amis residential home, at Five Oaks in Jersey, has been adjourned for four weeks.
Dennis Humble (57), of Grove Common, Sellack, Herefordshire, who was excused attendance on Wednesday, March 15th, is alleged to have raped the women at the centre, formerly known as Maison Variety, during the 1970s. The case was adjourned until April 12th.
