Madam, the residents, some of which have heart problems, of Cottage Mobile Home Park all worked together with the site owner Rennie Smith to clear the site road for emergency vehicles, gas deliveries and residents access. What a pity that the council couldn't clear the main roads in Ross. There wasn't salt or grit anywhere to be seen. It's disgusting and makes you wonder why we pay our taxes!
