The Ross branch of Woolworths closed its doors on Tuesday, December 30th, as the last few shoppers snatched up the bargains.

This closure marks the end of an era for shopping in Broad Street, the store has been trading in Ross for more than 70 years.

Ross Woolworths has always been a very popular shopping venue, particularly on Saturdays, with people seeking CDs, DVDs and popular TV games.
