warriors travelled to Ledbury on a blistering hot Sunday morning and with a team of 11 players it was going to be a tough game. But the Weston lads are a tough bunch and were not going to be fazed at playing a high flying team in league A. Both teams did not play particularly well due to the hot temperatures. Ledbury passed the ball more and Weston gave the ball away on more than one occasion. The team could not have worked any harder than they did but the better team won on the day. Birthday boy Marmion scored Warriors' only goal from a great header after a corner kick from Bradd. Chadd came close a couple of times but his killer finish let him down.

Off the field Warriors held a jumble sale at Weston Village Hall in September and raised £260.00 towards club funds. Thank you to everybody who attended.

The ref's man of the match was Jonathon and the most improved player was Marmion. Warriors get back to league action when they welcome Westfields to the school lane ground k.o 10.30.
