Yet again Morrisons get it wrong. A Christmas tree in the store entrance. It is tactless, tasteless, thoughtless and so inappropriate.

Remembrance Day poppies are now in the store behind the Christmas tree. Yes it is appreciated that you make space to allow the volunteers to be available for their collections.

I spoke to many people in the store who felt the same way I did. I spoke to a store manager, who said they moved them inside because of the cold. No, it was to put up a tree, and Chirstmas displays, for December 25th.

The people we remember on November 11th richly deserve more respect from your store.
