I am writing this to you, with my concerns regarding the amount of dog mess on the Ross Juniors’ football fields (Sports centre).

I took my five year old to football training on Monday 8th, while he was training, his older brother was playing football with another boy in one of the goalmouths. And there was dog mess all over this area!! He managed to get it on his football, which he had to carry home after. The other boy got it all over his shoes! Boys are diving around in that area as well. It’s just not acceptable! The amount of dog walkers I saw in the space of 45 minutes with dogs not on a lead, was ridiculous! It really annoys me. Blame lies clearly with the owner, it is not dogs fault. And we all know the dangers dog mess carries. It only takes one child to get it in their eyes!
