The Village of Linton Trust called on the residents of this small village near Ross-on-Wye to “Light Up Linton in Lanterns”. The residents responded in magnificent style by sponsoring VoLT trustees (with a little help from their friends) to carve and light lanterns which have been placed along the village walls and verges.

A magnificent specimen was donated by a VoLT supporter and then carved into a masterpiece by Mr Jim Craddock. This was then won by Mr Mark Flannery and is on display in his garden.

Pumpkins will be lit every evening from Saturday until Tuesday October 31st, after which they will be recycled and fed to local pigs.
