The rTown Project team has been busy over the last few weeks and has been working with members of the Town Council, the Ross Town Plan Progress Group and the Association of Ross Traders to get a better understanding of how the town 'ticks'. This has largely been done by using the Action for Market Towns benchmarking method which was first used in Ross in 2012. Over the last couple of weeks all town centre businesses have been provided with survey forms so that a picture of trade over the last couple of years can be compared with the previous survey from 2012.
