LUKE JONES, our local motor bike racer riding at Brands Hatch in the 'Triumph Triple Challenge series on Easter weekend, pulled off two great wins. In this event, the support series with the British Super Bike meeting, Luke had two races – one on Easter Sunday and one on Bank Holiday Monday and they resulted in two first places.
On Saturday he was first in practise and Sunday he was on pole for the race.
The weather was good all weekend and with around 40,000 spectators on Easter Monday it didn't get much better.
The next round is at Oulton Park in Cheshire from April 30th to May 2nd. Luke's team, including his parents and gradfather are all grateful to Ken, who owns KGD, from Hereford, and all who has supported Luke.
