Chris Meredith from Wales won the second of four draws in the £1,000 Shop in Ross Draw. Mr Meredith's prize is £250 to spend in the town.

To add extra sparkle to Christmas shopping in Ross-on-Wye shoppers can take part in a free to enter draw with a total of £1,000 to be won to spend with participating shops in the town. The draw, organised by The Association of Ross Traders, who also organised the Christmas Market on Sunday, has another two weeks to run. Look out for posters in participating shop windows.

Thursdays up to Christmas in December have been designated as late night shopping evenings in Ross-on-Wye and many shops will be staying open until 7.30pm.
