James Rupert King Alcock, age 50, of Marstow, Ross-on-Wye was fined £350, ordered to pay £35 victim surcharge and £135 costs after he drove a motor vehicle while being over the limit for alcohol, by Hereford Magistrates.
He was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months, this could be reduced by five months if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
