The winner of the competition to identify the plants used in flower beds in the town by Ross Garden Store was Margaret Hewitt.

Alison of the Garden Store told the Ross Gazette: “It was a pleasure to present a RGS gift voucher for £25 to Margaret as she has been a regular customer of ours for years. Congratulations to her.”

All the beds were planted with Photinia ‘Red Robin’ except for one in Copse Cross Street which was planted with Photinia ‘Little Red Robin’, a form with a smaller leaf.
