A vintage car collection which has never been open to the public is one of the attractions at a special event the Mayor of Ross-on-Wye is organising for his charity of the year - Papyrus.

On July 29th, Councillor Harry Bramer will be hostng a champagne cream tea at Dadnor Court from 2pm until 5.30pm.

Tickets are £20 per person and, as well as the vintage cars this event will provide a wonderful opportunity to visit the 25 acres of gardens, a smallholding and working vineyard.

The following day, July 30th, Councillor Bramer is tackling a 151 mile sponsored walk, from the start of the River Thames to the point at Teddington Lock where it becomes tidal.

He has set up a justgiving page, www.justiving.com/fundraising/harry-bramer

All proceeds will be donated to Papyrus - prevention of young suicide.
