Graham Waite upheld local rallying honour on last weekend's Red Kite Historic Stages. He took a fine 10th place overall, and 3rd in his class, in the Volvo Amazon, accompanied by Gill Cotton on the notes.

Eric Davis and Ross Joseph were driving the Armley Enterprises Mini, the event was the first round of the new 'Mini 50' Championship which attracted eight of the spectators' favourite little car. Davis had been up to 2nd Mini after stage 2, but he retired after stage 5 with just one stage remaining.

John Tatlow and Julie Westwood took their SAAB 96 V4 to 14th overall and 4th in class. These three crews will now be seen on the Get Connected Wyedean Forest Rally in three weeks time.
