Whitchurch CE Primary has been judged as outstanding in the recent National Society Inspection of Anglican Schools (SIAS) report. Obviously, following their Ofsted result the headteacher, staff and governors are delighted that this inspection also reflects the extremely high standard of teaching, learning and leadership in the school.

The report found that explicit Christian values and the importance of spirituality underpin all activities.

Religious Education and worship are seen as central to the life of the school. There is a strong moral purpose and discipline about school life that allows the school to reach out and serve beyond its boundaries.

The report concluded that 'The effectiveness of the leadership and management of the school as a church school is outstanding'.
