MADAM, Yes, it's about the Kings Caple Polytunnels again.

I read with interest The National Farmers Union stated that if permission was refused for yet another planning application by Pennoxstone Farm that 14 full-time jobs and 140 part-time jobs would be lost.

The 140 are only seasonal and European staff, not local.

May I take this chance to state yet again we have to go to Judicial Review, but the applicant can just keep appealing, and put in new applications. I find this unfair. We won a Judicial Review but this was allowed to be re-appraised. It's about time Hereford Council resolved this expensive farce one and for all.
