Ross and District Motor Sports Club held their annual Bluebell Run on Saturday, May 12th, of which there were 60 participants, all in classic cars.

The touring event began at the Hopewell Colliery in Coleford, and the hundred and twenty mile route took in some fine scenery over Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

The route took competitors through Little Dean, Longhope, Aston Crews, Linton and on to Much Marcle, for a coffee break at the The Royal Oak public house.

From there they proceeded through Bromsberrow Heath, past Eastnor Castle, through Ridgeway Cross, Knightwick and onto lunch at the Baiting House at Upper Sapey, Worcester.

After lunch they carried on through Kyrle, Middleton on the Hill, Yarpole, and had refreshments at Dunkertons Cider in Pembridge.

From there they went through Weobley, Mansel Lacy, Credenhill, past Sutton Walls, Withington, Mordiford, How Caple, and Hole in-the-Wall, finishing in Ross-on-Wye at the Chase Hotel for an evening meal.
