Madam, for seven years now I have had a good working relationship with the staff of the old Ross TIC.

I have supplied them on a regular basis with my leaflets and even provided them with products for displays. I always took any leaflets they wanted distributing to the many shows I attend up and down the country.

A few weeks ago, when my wife asked at the new visitor Centre for some leaflets to distribute the new manager refused any such leaflets. When I went in myself and asked for some and explained how I had done this for the old centre, I was given a few leaflets in a bag.

As I was made to feel like a burden to the manager I explained that this was of no benefit to me, only that I wanted to help promote Herefordshire to members of the public who attend my stand at shows and markets.

I turned up at opening time this morning as the bag of leaflets had been gladly taken up at Wiltshire shows, only to be told by the manager that I couldn't have anymore. Again I re-iterated to her that it was not in my interest, but that I was just trying to help promote our great county. I have rung Visit Herefordshire to complain and been told that I now need to speak to someone in Cultural Services at the Town Hall.

I will not waste my valuable time in future.
