Four new houses could be built on land to the rear of Orles Barn at Wilton if Herefordshire Planning Committee gives permission.

The application, made on behalf of Mr and Mrs R Bailey is for four, four bedroomed dwellings. The application is P153594/O at Orles Barn Hotel Old Nursery Close, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 6AE. The consultation period began on January 5th and the target date for a decision is February 11th.

The applicants expect Orles Barn Hotel to remain as a functioning hotel for the foreseeable future.
