The President of Ross Bowling Club, John Perks presented a cheque for £850 to Mr Parkin from the Friends of Ross Community Hospital at the opening of Ross Bowling Club Green for this season, on April 14th. The money had been donated to this charity by Club members.
This year's Lady Captain is Mrs Joan Baker and the Club Captain is Mr Phil Bridges. The first fixture away against Monmouth BC on April 17th was cancelled.
On Saturday, April 24th Ross BC were hosted by Bredon BC in a six rinks mixed match. The RBC team, Captained by Mrs Joan Baker, were narrowly defeated by just four shots.
