I totally agree that there are some reckless riders around as there are also lots of reckless car drivers around.

The only thing that separates the two is that you rarely get a second chance on a bike if you decide to ride like an idiot.

Having motorbikes isn't just about riding, it's the whole experience, I along with local riders from Ross visit the Isle of Man TT races every year and we have travelled to Valencia, Jerez, Le mans, Estoril and Assen to watch motorcycle races and not had one problem (I very much doubt I would say the same if we were there to watch football) so please don't tar all motorcyclist with the same brush.

And riding a motorcycle improves your car driving ability also because you tend to notice hazards that non motorcyclists wouldn't give a second thought to. Mark Dawson Ross On Wye.
