An environment enforcement officer met with Councillor Coker and the Town Clerk to discuss options to deal with the ‘pigeon problem’ that many residents have written to the Ross Gazette about.
The officer is making further enquires with prevention teams to seek methods of pigeon proofing, the Town Council was told. This could include ways to make roofs and ledges pest proof.
When Councillor Mayo asked specifically what measures will be taken and when, the Clerk explained that the details are yet to be confirmed while the officer makes his enquiries.See this week’s paper for more stories like this, available in shops and as a Digital Edition now.
