West Mercia Police are investigating an incident involving a dog dangerously out of control in a public place.The incident took place at approximately 13:00 on Saturday, February 4th near to the Hope and Anchor Pub in Ross-on-Wye. The dog has lunged towards another dog, biting someone in the process.
