The General Election is less than a week away and all the political parties are urging their supporters to vote. To help those of you who live in the Hereford and South Herefordshire constituency the Ross Gazette invited all the candidates to explain why they think you should vote for them.
UKIP – Gwyn Price
Have you noticed how all the other parties dare not talk about Brexit. Why? Well, it’s because they are all Remainers. UKIP are the only party for Brexit.
Please do not think we can trust the Conservatives to give us Brexit. Teressa May is an ardent Remainer, she appointed an ardent Remainer as her chancellor and even before the ink was dry they made a massive U-turn on their manifesto promise, and introduced the Alzheimer’s Tax. So, there is nothing to stop her changing anything else if she gets elected.
Equally, I have had enough of the Conservative’s policy of slashing our NHS, Social Services, Police and Armed Forces. UKIP will stop this policy and put our NHS before foreign aid.
The LibLabCon is a charade. Promises, promises, promises is all we hear, but nothing ever changes. I am Hereford born and bred and I love this county of ours and we need a total change in the way politics is conducted.
That is why I am standing for patriotic UKIP. UKIP is the only party who will give us change.
The LibDems and the Greens want us to become the 28th Sector of the failing EU. Labour are Leave in name only, and the Conservatives cannot be trusted with a massive landslide.
They will take your vote for granted, they will u-turn. And, please do not give them the ticket to privatise our NHS and hand our defences over to the EU.
