Councillor Craig Morgan’s resignation from Ross Town Council was read and accepted by his fellow Councillors at their meeting on Monday, March 11th.

He explained that due to the extra commitments involved with his new job he did not have the time to devote to Council duties.

Councillor Daniel Lister said that he felt the Council should thank Craig for his hard work for the town. He said, “He is respected by the community and I hope whoever replaces him will do as much good work for the town.

Councillor Morgan was unable to attend the meeting as both he, and his wife, who is expecting their second child, had been ill.
