Joyce Thomas MBE and Iris Price have had a very successful week running the pop up charity shop on Broad Street, in aid of Brain Tumour Research.

They managed to raise a fantastic £1,225 thanks to the generosity of shoppers.

Joyce would like to thank the volunteers who gave their time, especially Sue Wall, “who is always there to give a helping hand.”

“And Iris Price. She has helped so many local organisations raise money and find premises to use.”
