I do not believe that our emergency services always receive the recognition they deserve.

On Saturday evening, our neighbour suffered a horrific kitchen fire. Within not time a all, two fire engines with medical support were at the scene.

The fire was quickly contained, with the crew operating efficiently and courteously throughout.

Realising our neighbour’s cat was missing from the premises, a full search was carried out with the cat being found.

After contacting the local vet and oxygen given, the cat had the all clear. This gave our neighbour great comfort to what could have been a disastrous outcome.

Once again, many thanks, the emergency services truly do an amazing job.
