MADAM, I was very interested to read the article on page 11 of last week's Ross Gazette about the trees planted for the 1937 Coronation.

Earlier this year one of my family bought several boxes of old books from a local house, cleared from the attic.

In one of these we found photographs and accounts of the 1935 Silver Jubilee Celebrations at Walford. I would very much like to pass these on to someone who can look after them and make sure they are preserved for posterity.
