Madam, I read with frustration your article on broadband in last week's Gazette. It quoted average speed for UK rural areas as 13.6Mps. If only. Here in Hope Mansell my speed at this time is 0.75 Mps, insufficient to use Skype, iPlayer and YouTube. Fastershire cannot come quick enough.
