The Ross Macmillan Support Group hosted their annual celebration, the national Macmillan Coffee Morning at the Baptist Church in Broad Street on Saturday, September 27th.

Visitors to the Baptist Church enjoyed a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits in a convivial atmosphere, taking part in the prize draw and buying bric-a-brac, books, toys and curios from the various stalls.

Group president, Joyce Thomas MBE DL praised the committee and all those who had helped them set up the stalls and tables for the event.

"I want to thank everyone who contributed to our Coffee Morning. We are especially grateful to Ross Baptist Church for giving us this superb venue right in the centre of the town," she told the Ross Gazette.
