MADAM, WHAT irks me about garden refuse collection is that, even though we pay for the bags, refuse is not recycled it merely goes into landfill. So I struggle to the tip regularly. Many councils have free collection and recycling of garden waste, so come on Herefordshire, let's have a service here!
