For Ross Rowing Club and the town last weekend was a stunning success. Thousands of rowers flooded into Ross, and blessed with good weather and excellent water levels the three events took place with seamless execution.
In the main regatta on Bank Holiday Monday there were four wins for Ross. Lucy Jones and Emma Leeman won the Novice Double Sculls, and the IM2 eight also won, followed by Chris Jones and Boris Darcy in the IM2 double sculls. The Senior IV also won against Hereford.
