A small group of local people gathered in the sunshine at the Old Gore Remembrance Cross for a short service on Remembrance Sunday.

The Reverend Robin Noble, Padre of the 31st RAF Squadron, led the commemoration.

Clive Pideaux, a member of the 31st Squadron, read the names engraved on the cross of the 24 local people who gave their lives in the First and Second World Wars.
