Heavy rain hit the local area last night, and as a result, lots of roads have been subject to closures due to flooding.
Although some roads have re-opened, motorists are still advised to take extra care.
The A40 from Ross-on-Wye to Gloucester has been particularly bad. On social media, local people have been warning each other that a stretch of road, between Huntley and Highnam, a distance of approximately six miles, has taken them about 90 minutes.In Herefordshire, the roads affected by the floods are as follows:C1121 - Millcroft Road. It was closed due to flooding, but now passable with extreme care.B4214 - Bromyard Road. Remains closed due to flooding.C4110- Stretford Bridge. It was closed due to flooding, but now passable with extreme care.A417/A465 - Burley Gate. It was closed due to a road traffic incident, but is now passable with extreme care.A44 - Drum Crossroads. It was closed due to flooding, but is now passable with extreme care.A44 - Eaton Bend. It was closed due to flooding, but is now passable with extreme care.A4238 - Tarrington to Ledbury.
