THERE was a very good attendance at Ross Community Litter Clean-Up Crew's recent litter pick which enabled eight town centre car parks to be cleared of 15 purple sacks of litter plus other assorted items.

This local community group will be manning a stall at Ross Town Council Saturday Market on February 28 between 9am and 2.30pm where members of the public can undertake a two minute litter pick, enquire about joining the group, ask about a litter pick in their own community, or discuss anything litter related, so why not give it a try, after all it's the Great British Spring Clean next month.
