Jess Lambert from Hereford popped back to Ross-on-Wye last week to collect her prize - £250 in shopping vouchers to spend with shops and businesses in the town.
The third of four winners, Jess gained entry into the weekly Shop in Ross draw when she stopped off at Pots & Pieces Teashop and Gallery for tea and cakes just a few days before the draw.
"I am absolutely delighted with my win. It's a most unexpected surprise." Said Jess. "I'm really looking forward to my spending spree in Ross-on-Wye."
The winner of the final draw held on Saturday is Bernard Morris of Ross-on-Wye, whose ticket was pulled out live on Sunshine radio by the editor of the Ross Gazette, Jo Scrivin (see left).
David MacGregor, Chairman of the Association of Ross Traders (ART), said "The activities that we've organised this year really have given Ross-on-Wye a traditional festive market town feel and added extra sparkle in the run up to Christmas. Our £1,000 Shop in Ross draw has attracted new visitors to the town from all over the region and our Spot the Turkey shop window competition has generated much amusement and fun for all."
"Shop in Ross gift vouchers are available for sale from Pots and Pieces. They make great Christmas gifts and can be spent at any of the 100 ART shops and business members in Ross all year round."
