Ross Juniors made it six wins out of six in the League after another fine display at Ross Sports Centre. Their seven goals were more than enough to dispatch a plucky Atletico Ledbury side.

After a lacklustre first 20 minutes the game sprang into life whenRob McAfee sent in a teasing cross. Tom Burford met that with a thunderous header, only for his own player Luke Gray to cruelly steal the goal from the big centre back.

On 24 minutes a lovely chipped ball from Joe Loftus found its way to 17 year old Harry Hall who struck to make it 2-0.

After leading 2-0 at half time, Ross nearly let Ledbury get themselves back into a game. Keeper Tony Stevens could only watch on as the ball came flying back off a post.

Cometh the hour, cometh the man. With yet another beautiful move down the right, Dan Morgan delivered a pin point cross for the pint sized Joe Loftus to rise and head in his side's third.

After the game was seemingly over, manger Jim Loftus sent on all three of his substitutes. One of them, Chris Davies helped himself to a six minute hat trick and a further goal from Luke "the powerhouse" Gray gave Ross Juniors a very comfortable and convincing 7-0 victory

The joint Eagle Inn man of the match award went to Joe Loftus and Luke Gray. Special mention must go to the defence of Stevens, Nash, McAfee, Matt Davies and Burford who now have four clean sheets out of six in the league.
