The Ross Community Litter Clean Up Crew had a successful start to the year when they met on Sunday, January 13th in Cantilupe Road.

There were several new faces and plenty of bags of litter collected. They collected an astonishing 11, very full bags and a few bits which were too big for a bag.

On this occasion quite a few new volunteers turned up to help and the more people helping the more that can be achieved so the RCCUC would love to welcome even more people at future events. You can give as much or as little time as you have and the events for the coming weeks will all be on a Sunday morning meeting at 10:00am, all equipment will be provided.

January 20th – Brampton Road - Meet at Brampton School - ‘Getting back to basics’, January 27th – Ross Community Hospital - Meet in the bottom car park ‘Supporting our NHS’, February 3rd – Honeysuckle Close - Meet at the top car park ‘Calling all Dog Walkers’ and February 10th – Ross Skate Park - Meet in the car park where you can take part in ‘Wheelie making a Difference’.
